Oh Lola

Yesterday we went downtown to have a little coffee and get outside since it was such a beautiful afternoon, and we just so happened to have the camera with us and since every corner in D.C. is gorgeous, a new post was born! Since we’ve been here a week and a half now, I figured I would use this post to also give a little update as to how we’re doing and how the move went. Sound good? Well, here goes…

The first and most important person in the house, little miss Vera Rose, is happy! She loves the elevator (she runs to push the buttons every time we walk near it), she loves being pushed around in her little car, and she was extra happy when she saw all of her toys again. She’s taking some amazing naps in the afternoon, which have let me work this week (CONFETTI!).

Mr. Pfaehler is happy, this is his vibe and you can tell. If you see him a little preoccupied it’s because he’s just thinking of us and wants to make sure we’re adjusting well with the move.

I’m happy, too. This is really what we were looking for and it’s been awesome to go, explore the city, and be able to walk around and just make a post during a casual day out. I have lots of shops and malls close to my house, and that makes me happy, and Starbucks is only 3 blocks away which is game changer!

This look came out of nowhere in all honesty, and like I always say those are usually the best. I loved it as soon as I began to put it together, I think it has a comfy and free vibe that gets me excited. I already showed you these gorgeous pearl slides, they’re my favorite and cost less than $30 (confetti again!). Ayer salimos a dar un paseo en la tarde y a tomar un café, de casualidad teníamos la cámara con nosotros y como todas las esquinas en D.C. son bellas, nació un post! Como llevo una semana y media acá, pensé aprovechar y darle un pequeño update de cómo van las cosas desde que nos mudamos, ¿les parece? ¡Bueno aquí vamos!

 La primera y más importante de la casa miss Vera Rose está feliz, ama el ascensor (porque quiere tocar todos los botones) le encanta salir a caminar en el coche, estaba extra feliz cuando vio todos sus juguetes y está tomando unos naps en la tarde geniales que son los que me han permitido trabajar esta semana (¡PAPELILLO!).

 Mr. Pfaehler, está feliz, esto es lo suyo y se lo nota, si lo ves preocupado es porque está pensando en nosotras y en que estemos bien.

 Yo también estoy feliz, realmente esto era lo que estábamos buscando y ha sido divino explorar la ciudad y salir a pasear caminando y de repente tomar fotos y tener un post! tarán… Tengo tiendas y malls muy cerca de casa y eso me hace feliz, Starbucks a 3 cuadras eso me hace muy feliz!

 Este look salió de la nada y siempre digo que esos son los mejores. Me encantó, me parece que tiene un aire como de comodidad y libertad que me emociona. Ya les había mostrado estas slides de perlas que son de mis favoritas y cuestan menos de $30 (papelillo again!) les dejo todas las piezas linkeadas abajo y otras opciones más to mix it up!
