Boho-Chic Tea Party Look

Hello beauties! Today I’m back with a gorgeous look that I used for a get-together I had a few days ago with a group of fashion bloggers in Florida part of Miami Bloggers Media. We had an amazing Tea Party, one of those afternoons for just us girls that we all need from time to time, and which are rather difficult for us mommas to get. It was my first girls-only day since Vera was born and it really was fantastic to share a special afternoon with such a special group of talented women, where we could talk about our points of view, our ideas, and our vision. It’s so refreshing to find people like that.

The theme of the party was “boho-chic”, so I decided to wear this black beauty of a dress, which I found in Zara (on sale – woo!), which seemed like an absolute perfect match for the party. This is one of my favorite styles, it’s an exotic and fun alternative, because the fabrics are usually soft and flowy, which is flattering for any body type. Flowy fabrics generate a natural fall and they help accentuate the beautiful and hide the little things we might not want to show or highlight. In this case my dress had stitching right at the waistline, which gave a natural emphasis created by the dress’s own design. However, if your dress doesn’t have the same stitching, I recommend adding a belt as a contrast to help accentuate your figure along your waist.

Later this week I’m going to post an example where I use a belt with a dress that does just what I’m saying so you can get a good look at how you can accentuate your figure in the right places using smart details. For now check out the latest of my most recent look, to which I added a little fringe bag and my favorite sandals (the same ones I told you that match everything, check here to see another outfit I wore them with in case you didn’t catch it). After all, the tea party was fabulous because, as we all know, there’s nothing more fun than a girls’ day out! I posted part of the afternoon on my snapchat and this week I’ll be going to more fun events so follow me and don’t miss a thing (snap: kimpfaehler)! Besos!

Stay Fabulous

Love, Lola

Besos!

Stay Fabulous
