How long does the process take?
The process to apply a full set takes approximately 2 hours.
Is the process uncomfortable or dangerous?
Any and all kinds of treatments should be done by professionals that have a license to apply them and experience doing so. As long as you go to a quality place where they guarantee those two criteria, you shouldn’t be at risk.
The application does not hurt, you just have to go through the entire process with your eyes closed, and it’s not necessarily uncomfortable. It actually just feels like they’re playing with your lashes but it’s not uncomfortable or painful.
How much does the treatment cost?
In Stylish Brows the treatment costs $179.99, but they also have a membership option that is $59.99/month and lowers the cost of your first full set to $79.99. You can also get touch-ups and other treatments at discount prices, which really makes the membership worth it!
How often should I get a touch-up?
You should get a touch-up every 2-3 weeks.
Can I use make-up remover?
You should avoid anything made with oil, because it can soften the adhesive, making your eyelashes prone to fall out. You should do your best to take care of this area a little more when you have lash extensions, and not overdo it with any particular product around your eyes.
Can I wash my face regularly?
The more you avoid applying water to your eyes/lashes when you have extensions, the better. Now, this doesn’t mean you should avoid washing your face, just be sure to take more care around your eyes so the treatment lasts as long as it should.
What do I have to do to maintain them?
You should brush your lashes with a lash brush, and like I said earlier be extra careful with the use of any products around your eyes. Be careful not to apply too much water when it’s not necessary, and never try to pick them out yourself.
Do the lashes fall out?
Eyelash extensions fall out naturally with the growth of your actual eyelashes, and they are glued to the same, which is why you need a touch-up every 2 weeks or so.
Can I use eyelash mascara?
It’s not recommended, but if it’s completely necessary for you, you should use a light layer and only apply it to the tips, and avoid applying ANY mascara to the base.
My personal opinion is these lash extensions are amazing and completely worth it, they save me a ton of time getting ready and also help me reduce the amount of make-up I use because the extensions make eyes look much brighter, noticeable, and they even illuminate them. I always wanted to get them a try and now I know I’m hooked. Fue justo el fin de semana antes de mudarnos a D.C., me trataron como una princesa, el estudio es hermoso y la atención es súper especial! Linda fue la especialista que me atendió, estuvimos hablando de mi estilo, de lo que hago y lo que necesitaba y quería con las pestañas. ¿Cuánto se demora el proceso?
El proceso de un “full set” se demora aproximadamente 2 horas.
¿Es el proceso incómodo o peligroso?
Todo este tipo de tratamientos deben ser realizados por profesionales con licencia y experiencia, así que si vas al lugar correcto no deberías correr ningún tipo de peligro o riesgo.
El proceso no duele, debes mantener los ojos cerrados todo el tiempo y no es necesariamente incómodo, más bien sientes que te están haciendo algo pero nada doloroso ni desagradable.
¿Cuánto cuesta el tratamiento?
En Stylish Brows un full set cuesta $179,99. Pero crearon una membresía de pestañas que cuesta $59.99 con esta membresía el costo del primer set de pestañas se reduce a $79,99 y tienes descuentos especiales en todos los tratamientos y retoques.
¿Cada cuánto me debo hacer un retoque?
Los retoques deben hacerse cada 2-3 semanas.
¿Puedo usar desmaquillante?
Debes evitar todo lo que sea a base de aceite, porque esto va a hacer que se despeguen tus pestañas, así que lo mejor es que tengas mucho cuidado en esta área y no abuses del uso de productos a su alrededor.
¿Me puedo lavar la cara normalmente?
Mientras más evites el agua en el área mejor, con esto no quiero decir que no te laves la cara, simplemente que tengas más cuidado con el área de los ojos para procurar la duración del tratamiento.
¿Cómo es el cuidado?
Debes peinar tus pestañas con un cepillo de pestañas, dos veces al día y como dije anteriormente, evitar el uso de ciertos productos en la zona, mojarlas lo menos posible y nunca tratar de arrancarlas.
¿Se caen estas pestañas?
Las pestañas se caen naturalmente con el ciclo de tu pestaña, recuerda que está pegada a la base, por esta razón es que necesitas el retoque cada dos semanas.
¿Puedo usar mascara de pestañas?
No es recomendable, pero si es totalmente necesario para ti, debería ser una capa muy delgada y sólo en las puntas, debes evitar por completo poner rímel en la base.
Mi opinión muy personal es que son geniales, a mí me ahorran un montón de tiempo y te ayudan a reducir un montón la cantidad de maquillaje porque al final las pestañas harán que tus ojos se vean más vivos, grandes e iluminados, siempre había tenido ganas de probarlas y ahora tengo una adicción.
